TERMS OF SERVICE
Before we get started, I want to ensure that we´re on the same page and that you understand my terms of service. So please take a moment to review my terms of service before we begin.Service♡ By commission me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to my terms of service.♡ I have the right to decline the commission depending on the situation. Whether for harrasments, threats, disparagement, make fun, they will be placed on the blacklist.♡ I will not draw anything that has to do with racism, offensive content, problematic ships or any type of contect that i find uncomfortable.♡ Provice another means of communication in case of not being able to communicate from the main application that is being spoken.Use♡ Don´t claim my work as yours.♡ Is not allowed to remove my signature/watermark or cut it out of the image.♡ All art commissions will be posted on my social media and will include a watermark saying “art commmission for (your username) by Ms.Alifer”♡ You can upload the drawing as long as you give me the credit with my name and any link on my social media.Payment♡ At the moment, I only accept payment via PayPal and USD♡ The payment must be upfront before making the art commission. In the case that it is not made or confirm that the payment is made, the commission will not begin.♡ Unauthorized chargebacks and/or refunds will be permanently blacklisted and the name will be posted publicly on pages as a warningDelivery Time♡ If delays arise, you will be notified.♡ Delay may arise depending on next factors: order of the commission, complexity, health, school or family issues.Drawing Process♡ First of all, you will need to have a clear idea towards the art commission. Like references of the character, pose, facial expression, clothes, accessories, etc.♡ The sketch will be sent in order to confirm that all requested details are correct. In the same way, another color sketch will be sent to correctly confirm the tones chosen or given by the person.♡ Communication is IMPORTANT AND IN A RESPECTFUL MANNER. Since I will need you to be clear with your ideas, in the case a mistake is made in the sketch or color tones, tell me so i can fix it.♡ Having finished the art commission and there are small bugs to fix, tell me to fix them later. Depending on the error and the other work that is being done at the time, the fixed delivery day will be notified (not passing between 1 or 2 days to deliver the error, depending on how busy it is.)♡ Finally, the art commission will be sent via email in order to receive the work in good quality (the email will be requested when I confirm that the art commission is finished)If you do not agree the terms, then you are not allowed to ask me for a commission.

Ya sea por acoso, amenazas, menosprecio, burla serán colocados en la lista negra.♡ No dibujare nada que tenga que ver con racismo, contenido ofensivo, ships problemáticos o cualquier tipo de contenido que encuentre incómodo.♡ Proporcionar otro medio de comunicación en dado caso de no poder comunicarse desde la aplicación principal que se esté hablando.Uso♡ No reclames mi trabajo como tuyo.♡ No está permitido quitar mi forma ni recortarla fuera de imagen.♡ Todas las comisiones serán publicadas en mis redes sociales e incluirá una marca de agua diciendo “comisión para (tu nombre de usuario) hecho por Ms.Alifer.”♡ Puedes subir el dibujo siempre y cuando me des el crédito con mi nombre y cualquier link de mis redes sociales.Pago♡ Por el momento, Solamente estoy aceptando el método de pago por PayPal y dolares E.E.U.U♡ NO HABRA DEVOLUCIONES después de haber acabado la comisión. Se dará la devolución en dado caso que no pueda realizar la comisión en cualquier circunstancia personal.♡ El pago deberá ser primero antes de realizar la comisión. Dado caso en que no se realice y confirme que el pago esta hecho, no se empezara la comisión.♡ Contracargos y/o reembolsos no consentidos, serán colocados en la lista negra de manera permanentemente y el nombre será publicado en páginas como advertencia.Tiempo de entrega♡ Si surgen retrasos, se le notificará.♡ La demora puede surgir dependiendo de los siguientes factores: orden de la comisión, complejidad, problemas de salud, escolares o familiares.Proceso del dibujo♡ Primero que nada, se necesitara que tenga la idea clara hacia la comisión artística. Siendo que dé misma manera deberás tener ya LISTO tus referencias del personaje, pose, expresión facial, prendas de ropa (esto será en dado caso que el OC no presente idea clara gráficamente de sus ropas, se podrá envaiar referencias de ropas irl: al igual; al igual que si se desea cambiar las ropas de un personaje CANON enviar de misma preferencia las prendas de ropa.)♡ Se enviará el sketch para poder confirmar que todos los detalles pedidos sean correctos. Al igual que se enviará otro sketch a color para confirmar de manera correcta los tonos escogidos o dados por la persona.♡ La comunicación es IMPORTANTE Y DE MISMA MANERA RESPETUOSA. Puesto que necesitare que seas claro con tus ideas con el fin de que si se comete un error en el sketch o tonos de color comentarme para poder arreglarlo.♡ Al haber terminado la comisión artística y hay pequeños fallos para arreglar comentarme para arreglarlos después. Dependiendo del error y los demás trabajos que esté realizando en el momento se notificara el día de entrega (no pasando entre 1 o 2 días para entregar el dibujo, dependiendo de qué tan ocupada este.)♡ Por último, se enviará la comisión artística vía correo electrónico para poder recibir el trabajo en buena calidad (el correo electrónico será solicitado cuando confirme que la comisión esté terminada.)Si no estás de acuerdo con los términos, entonces no estas permitidx a pedirme una comisión.
